A Curzon team was engaged by a major multi-national conglomerate to transform the performance of one of its large business units. The programme commenced with a full business analysis to understand better the opportunity for operational improvement and to look at the effectiveness of the organisation. We also analysed product and customer profitability to understand how improved operations could result in profitable volume growth. A multi-strand programme is now underway to deliver the results and implement both a new organisation and a continuous improvement culture.
