A large and complex programme was agreed with a global Life Sciences company to deliver a £700m business case post merger. The Year 3 financial benefit run rate was actually achieved by the end of Year 1, with a major team effort to work on the synergy opportunities, including improved Customer Value Propositions and Channel Restructuring, a plan for Site Network rationalisation and Transport Network Optimisation, and Procurement and the Order to Cash Cycle savings.
