Marija graduated in Marketing with Honours from the University of Zagreb. She comes from one of the most successful greenfield operations in CEE - Vipnet Ltd, Vodafone's partner in Croatia where she worked for 7 years as Strategy coordinator, Finance Controlling Areas Manager and Treasury Senior Expert. She has worked extensively with management boards formulating the company strategy and then mobilising the company in its execution using balanced scorecard, business plans, forecasts and has driven change management initiatives. Marija also worked as Promotional Activities Specialist for Philips.

She recently finished her Executive MBA at "The best small business school in Europe" before joining Curzon & Co as a Senior consultant.
