Lars has 15 years consulting experience. He has a strong programme management background, and has qualified change management experience from more than forty projects in which he has partnered with client executives leading Strategy Assessments and Business Transformation Programmes. He has undertaken consulting engagements in ten European countries, in Hong Kong, Dubai, South America, and in the United States.

Lars was previously a senior member of a "Big 5" Strategy and Transformation Practice where he held a number of leadership roles. He was also General Manager, with P&L responsibility, for a sales and marketing business unit.

Lars has worked in the following industries: Oil and Gas, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transportation, Banking, and Consumer Products.

Lars holds three graduate degrees, and has passed the oral exams for the Ph.D. He has an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics: International Business and Strategy. Time permitting, he is a keen surfer, and an amateur collector of modern art.
