Andrew brings over 9yrs consulting experience, leading large scale business improvement and change programmes, working with CEOs and Boards of Directors on their major issues. 

He has worked across a broad range of sectors, including consumer & retail products, leisure, industrial & manufacturing, aerospace & defence and other high technology industries.  Other areas of expertise include post-merger integration, product portfolio planning, channel structure and profitability improvement.

Prior to consulting, Andrew spent 10yrs in a variety of line management roles in the defence industry with BAe Dynamics, culminating in P&L and management accountability for a £150m missile programme.
