Andy joined Curzon & Company after spending several years as a finance transformation consultant with a premier-league consultancy firm.   Prior to that he trained and worked as a management accountant and internal auditor with a top-tier global insurance company.

Andy is experienced in project management, process design/re-engineering, systems analysis and change management. He has also planned and facilitated high profile design workshops and been responsible for senior stakeholder management. In addition, he has experience in strategic research that involved developing high quality strategic analysis and turning that into cutting edge company, market and industry insight.

When he can get away, Andy enjoys travelling, snowboarding and more recently kite boarding.  He is also a very keen squash player working his way up through the leagues.

Andy joined Curzon & Company as he wanted to utilise his skills of both strategy development and the implementation of this strategy into quantifiable deliverables. This combined with the open and friendly culture of both Curzon & Company employees and their associate network made them the company of choice.
