Rachna was an independent consultant for a well-known on-line brand prior to joining Curzon & Company. Previously, Rachna was completing her MBA at Ashridge. Rachna also has a BA and Masters in Political Science.

Rachna has more than 6 years experience working with companies in India to identify growth and expansion opportunities. She was also instrumental in formulating the vision, market positioning and strategies to identify and reach target audiences for a number of the organisations she worked with. Rachna's experience is largely in the telecommunications and media sectors.

In her spare time, Rachna tries to catch up on her spirituality. She is an ardent reader and participates in a number of events on spiritual upliftment. She is also learning the salsa dance and to play the guitar.
