Our success depends on the deployment of our most experienced people to the project teams working on site. Our most senior consultants, including those at partner level, really do work on site, leading assignments and spending time with the client’s team. They are not used merely to supervise pools of more junior consultants as is often the case with the ‘pyramid’ structure employed by many other consulting practices.
