Our projects typically go beyond the analysis and recommendation stage to include getting commitment from the top management and the execution of a plan to deliver the solution. We stake our reputation on the work we do with the client’s organisation to make change happen on the ground and realise the benefits envisaged at the outset. To do this we get to know our client’s business intimately and develop strong working relationships with the client’s people. As a consequence we build long term associations with our clients, which often results in more projects. Our most senior consultants, including those at partner level, really do work on site, leading assignments and spending time with the client’s team.
