Opportunities are advertised on our website. Once we receive your application, a member of the Curzon recruitment team will thoroughly review it. Should we find a match between your skills and interests and what we are looking for, you will be contacted for an interview by telephone in the first instance. This would largely focus on understanding and getting to know you as a person, your interests and ambitions, and your past achievements to better understand your professional and educational roadmap. The next stage of the recruitment process will either be an assessment consisting of a group discussion, a competency interview and a case study interview, or you will be invited to meet a couple of our management consultants for an in depth interview. If successful at this stage, we will invite you to meet with one of our Partners. After this, we will aim to let you know the outcome of your final interview within a week. |
