Training and professional development are an integral part of working with Curzon & Company. Because we believe that the best people working together create the best results, we will always strive to provide a variety of ways to enable you to develop, grow and advance through formal and on-the-job learning opportunities. We want you to be successful because that’s good for you, our clients and our company. When you start, you will undergo 1-2 days of orientation with a specific focus on Curzon’s values, history, people and our approach to consulting. Every new hire also undergoes a ‘Presenting with Impact’ course with an external expert. She provides voice coaching and is a well known theatre professional. Additionally there is an opportunity to participate in interactive, hands-on workshops that are held periodically and are designed to cater to your personal and business needs. Curzon & Company also offers a mentorship program that seeks to enable every individual to build a customised coaching plan in close consultation with senior Curzon staff. On joining the company, you will be assigned a mentor who will counsel and support you as needed. They will determine your individual training and development needs. You will also be assigned a ‘buddy’ to whom you can take your questions and concerns in an informal context. |
