There are 4 levels in our company structure: Consultant, Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, and Partner. Curzon is led by a management team consisting of the senior partners. It is supported by an administrative team, including HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing and PR.

As needs arise, our consultants are expected to take on various roles from project work to helping us win new projects and expand the business. Responsibilities and reporting lines will depend largely on the role taken within a team. Note that on projects, our most experienced consultants (up to Partner level) work as an integral part of the Curzon team on site, leading the assignment, engaging with the client’s team and getting involved in the implementation work. They are not used merely to supervise groups of more junior consultants undertaking the bulk of site based project work.
