Our Approach
As Change Management and Implementation Specialists, we have a three step engagement approach:
Step 1: Discovery
(typically 2-3 weeks)
Curzon & Company consultants spend time with the client to work out how to accelerate change and deliver a bigger, longer lasting impact through: getting to know the people and the organisation, establishing the business objectives, financial targets and business case, exploring the business issues and learning what has already been tried and identifying what are seen to be the barriers to success.
Step 2: Analysis & Design
(typically 6-8 weeks)
Our consultancy team then deploys a variety of field and desk placed analytical techniques, both ‘top-down’ and ‘bottom-up’, to understand the root causes of the issues and the scope for improvement and involves our working closely with the executive team to build consensus around the real issues and what needs to be done.
Stage 3: The Results Delivery Programme
(typically 3-6 months)
Using our tried and tested ‘Change Model’ approach, we can ensure success. This includes planning how to lead the change from board level through Sponsor Leadership and the Executive Steering Group, selecting ‘Joint Teams’ from your best people to work alongside our consultants, and creating ‘test and learn’ environments using ‘hothousing’ techniques.
