Nigel Waterson

Nigel has fifteen years consulting experience and a track record of driving strategy, business change and profitability with the senior executives of blue chip companies. His experience spans mobile and fixed telecoms operators, equipment manufacturers, multimedia, IT Services and high profile Internet sites. Work in other sectors has included Oil, Military Satcom, Construction, Transportation and Chemicals.

A strategic thinker and practical implementer, Nigel is able to design and lead the execution of ambitious growth plans and business turn-around initiatives.
He has held Commercial Director roles for a UK mobile operator and a highly successful internet retail site. Overall EBITDA improvement for clients in the last six years exceeds €400m.
