Alexandra Rojas

Alexandra has over six years of experience in Business Control and Financial Planning in both the banking and energy sectors. She led change initiatives during the expansion phase at a large retail bank to improve the management reporting and implement balanced scorecard to monitor organisational performance. Alexandra believes that the interaction at all levels in the organisation is essential to understand business drivers for growth and profit. In her experience for a major energy company she collaborated with operations and commercial business units giving her the expertise to deliver accurate financial planning and assess business performance as a way to capitalize the organisation’s core opportunities.

Alexandra has a degree in Economics from Universidad de Lima in Peru and holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. In her spare time, she enjoys reading fiction books along with which she practices sports like running and swimming.
