Andrew Morgan

Andrew brings over nine years consulting experience, leading large scale business improvement and change programmes, working with CEOs and Boards of Directors on their major issues. 

He has worked across a broad range of sectors, including consumer & retail products, leisure, industrial & manufacturing, aerospace & defence and other high technology industries.  Other areas of expertise include post-merger integration, product portfolio planning, channel structure and profitability improvement.

Prior to consulting, Andrew spent ten years in a variety of line management roles in the defence industry with BAe Dynamics, culminating in P&L and management accountability for a £150m missile programme.
