Brian McLaren

Brian joined Curzon & Company after spending almost three years delivering a variety of successful assignments across Europe for a large operations improvement consultancy.

Prior to his consulting career, Brian worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over thirteen years where he held several manufacturing and supply chain positions.

His area of expertise lies in supply chain management; production planning, LEAN production systems and project management. Brian’s recent assignments have seen him working hand in hand with all levels of client teams in the identification and removal of operational complexity, driving sustainable benefits through the implementation of a culture of continuous improvement.

Away from work Brian is a leader with his local Scout Group, where he spends most weekends taking the troop hiking or camping at the district camp site.
