Caroline Sanderson

Caroline joined Curzon & Company after completing an MBA at Cranfield School of Management. Prior to that she worked as an independent consultant, predominantly within FTSE 100 Financial Services organisations, where she successfully led and delivered a number of strategic business transformation projects.

A certified Prince2 Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma green belt, Caroline has over nine years experience of leading full lifecycle project, programme and change management initiatives across Europe, America and the Far-East. Her areas of expertise include off-shoring, outsourcing, process improvement and new product development, which she has delivered across multiple industry sectors.

Away from work Caroline enjoys outdoor sports such as running and cycling and regularly plays touch rugby and squash.

Caroline joined Curzon as she was looking to “work alongside likeminded, talented individuals, within a company that retained its entrepreneurial spirit whilst keeping a true focus on delivering sustainable value to clients”.
