Frank Esson

Frank joined Curzon in 2006 to help drive the growth of the business. He has spent twenty years in consulting, covering all aspects from designing and delivering major change programmes to business development.  He loves working with Chief Executives and Directors to help them clarify strategy; work out the best way to accomplish change and improve business performance.

Frank is an Oxford Chemistry graduate and went on to spend nearly twenty years in the consumer products industry, working his way up from being a graduate trainee to Managing Director. This background gives him the foundation for a whole range of business management skills and the ability to thoroughly understand business issues and how people can be motivated to really make a difference.

Frank loves the Curzon team spirit. He says, “I enjoy working with clients and our talented team, whose drive and tenacity helps them to achieve such outstanding results.”
