Frank Thielen

Frank started his career with British Airways as a Development Engineer. He then joined Van Den Bergh Food, a subsidiary of Unilever where he held the position of Operations Manager. Having gained solid management experience he moved into the world of consulting with Accenture and Cap Gemini.

With over 12 years management and strategy consulting experience Frank has an impressive track record in programme management and transformational change in both public and private sectors.

A fluent French and German speaker, Frank holds a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manchester.
