John Mason

John began his career in industry as a project Engineer. He held a number of engineering roles including a year spent on a project in Thailand, where living as well as working with colleagues and clients taught him a huge amount about how teams work. He then moved into positions in business operations, managing a supply chain across three continents and leading business operations programmes.

After over ten years in industry John moved into consultancy. He spent five years implementing business change programmes for one of the ‘top 5’ consulting firms.   He has worked with leading companies across a number of sectors including life sciences, oil & gas, utility asset management, manufacturing and retail.  The roles have been varied, ranging from building new business propositions through implementing operational strategies, to driving performance management improvements.
