Tim Fitter

Tim is an experienced consultant having worked for 25+ years in Industry and Consulting.  He began his career with Land Rover in its multi-national after-market operation where he worked in demand forecasting and supplies planning, inventory control, warehousing and logistics.  During this time Tim worked closely with the world renowned Caterpillar Logistics Services (CLS) to establish an integrated inventory management and distribution system.  

Subsequently, at Land Rover Manufacturing, he managed a team that implemented performance improvement projects for: manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and engineering.  During this period he supported the implementation of Japanese Lean tools and techniques and is a qualified practitioner in Lean Six-Sigma.  He is a strong advocate in achieving sustainable performance improvement and cultural change.

As a consultant he has worked for KPMG in its specialist Centre for Manufacturing and Logistics Consultancy and has worked on numerous engagements in sectors as diverse as: engineering, food and drinks, manufacturing, automotive, defence, automotive, aerospace, health, utilities and media in Europe and Internationally.

Tim joined Curzon and Company to work on challenging projects with like minded and experienced specialists who are focused on making a sustainable improvement in client performance.
