Tim Furse

Tim has over twenty-five years experience working in fast moving consumer goods businesses.  He has held positions on PLC boards working as Managing Director, Chairman and as a Non Executive Director.  His experience covers a wide number of sectors in the Food and Beverage Industry and in the Distributive sector.

Working as part of management he has driven a wide variety of change programmes to reduce cost, accelerate growth, review routes to market and both acquire and integrate new businesses as well as sell non-strategic assets.

The last six years of his career has been spent in consulting, developing business relationships and helping clients to step change business performance. Tim has developed change programmes in Financial Services, Food and Beverages, Retail/Leisure and Utilities.
